Orlando Meeting Rooms
Select the space to suit your needs from our wide array of attractive venues. All of our Orlando meeting spaces can be arranged in just about any style to meet your specific requirements.
All of our facilities offer individual master controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical/microphone outlets, special lighting effects and 220V single and 3-phase electricity. Our Orlando meeting spaces are hard-wired with dedicated T-1 lines and fiber optic wiring for high-speed Internet access. We also offer a dedicated loading dock for easy load-in and out.
The Intercontinental Ballroom
Host an exquisite event in our largest ballroom. With 10,612 square feet of flexible, inviting space, the Intercontinental Ballroom can accommodate up to 1,000 guests for a cocktail reception or 900 for an elegant banquet – not to mention the myriad other possibilities this ballroom offers. The entire room can be set up as a theater or classroom, and, for smaller functions, this venue can be broken down into multiple sections of various sizes and shapes to suit your needs.
The Regency Ballroom
Another exciting option for ballroom space is our 6,972-square-foot Regency Ballroom. Consult our meeting concierge about the many options this ballroom has in store for your event. Whether you're planning small brainstorming sessions or a large gala, this room has what you need. It can accommodate up to 800 guests as a whole or six groups of 34 for boardroom-style meetings.
Concourse North Ballroom
Our 3,500 square foot Concourse North Ballroom accommodates up to 390 meeting attendees in a theater-style arrangement, making it a terrific set-up for important presentations. This classically-designed ballroom can also be divided into six separate sections of 525 or 595 square feet each. These smaller divisions are ideal for board meetings or training sessions.
Concourse South Ballroom
With 3,638 square feet of flexible meeting space, our Concourse South Ballroom can fit approximately 400 guests as well. It can be rearranged as a classroom or banquet room, and you also have the option to break the room up into five separate sections, set up as a U-shape, hollow square, or boardroom for those smaller meetings with groups of 25-65.
Boardrooms
Our five elegantly appointed boardrooms are a prime setting for VIP meetings. Endeavor, Discovery, Da Vinci, Clipper and Constellation each offer a comfortable space for gatherings of 12, 20 or 26. Warm colors surround leather chairs and stylish conference tables in each of these contemporary boardrooms.
Amphitheater
With state-of-the-art sound, audio visual capabilities and a built-in 40' x 35' stage, our 150-seat Amphitheater is ideal for your business meeting. Prepare a presentation that is sure to impress when given in our deluxe amphitheater.
Outdoor pool deck
The stylish deck of our outdoor pool is available for private functions. What a delightful setting for cocktails after a full day of meetings or an afternoon barbeque to treat your employees for all their hard work!
